Forest Retreats - Yoga Classes at the Retreat

Yoga on the retreat is led by Ildikos Bakos (Ildy) from the Indian Wellness Academy, and our twice-daily yoga and meditation practice incorporates Yin, Hatha and Kundalini yoga. The Indian Wellness Academy is registered with the International Yoga Alliance that ensures they maintain a high standard of teaching.
